Thankyou for visiting my blog.

I started this blog for a few reasons. For a way of recording our family memories. As somewhere for me to be creative – I love writing. As somewhere where hopefully I can help others feel a bit more in control of their lives, especially when things are chaotic. And as something just for me.

My main goal for my blog is to be a sort of landing area for mum’s who are feeling over-whelmed and just need a little nudge in the right direction. I want to help mum’s simplify and slow down motherhood, so that you can simplify your own health and feel better prepared for embracing the chaos that goes hand in hand with parenting.

I’m a qualified nutrition therapist, and I’m a year away from completing my psychology degree, and I feel that it’s time that I put it all to good use!

A little bit about our family…

I’m Beth. Married Mama to three, – J (11), M (9) and A (7). Our eldest is autistic and our youngest has an extremely rare genetic mutation, complex medical needs and is wheelchair. To say things can be chaotic around here is a bit of an understatement. We’ve also got a dog, called Mipsy. A tortoise called Pancake, and a fish.
